Grand jury

If you believe you may be charged with a sex crime, the best time to find a lawyer is as early as possible. To be upfront of how critical these allegations can be, compare it to a form of cancer. When a case is appealed to an appellate court, it is reviewed for any procedural errors. A remand in the context of Grand Jury proceedings has the effect of sending a case back to the Grand Jury for a new determination of probable cause.
